Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Terms governing your use of the Services. Any capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the Platform Agreement or other applicable Terms.

You agree not to, and not to direct or allow any third party (including Authorized Users or service providers acting on your behalf) to use the Services:

  • to violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others;
  • to engage in, promote, or encourage illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent activity;
  • for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or misleading purpose;
  • to intentionally misrepresent or hold out outputs generated by the Services as solely human-generated in a manner that is deceptive or misleading;
  • to introduce, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, malicious code, hoaxes, or other items of a destructive or deceptive nature;
  • to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the integrity or performance of the Services or the systems used to provide the Services;
  • to disable, interfere with, or circumvent any technical, usage, security, or access controls of the Services;
  • to use the Services in violation of the Terms or applicable law; or
  • to develop, train, or improve competing products or services, or to reverse engineer, extract, or attempt to derive the underlying models, systems, or technologies of the Services or Caeli’s subcontractors.

Caeli may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of this AUP in accordance with the Terms.
